I received a text about a deposit offer. I sent £1000 and immediately my account is blocked and under review. First time live chat says they are working on it now live chat never works and my emails are unanswered. More than a week has passed and I am in the dark about my own money. Never had such a bad experience from an online bookie.

Doesn’t allow 0 star if you add dontwastetimebanning on discord there proof that shows this site had my balance they banned me and they have used some of the balance to betting them selves and they lost now there saying I have less got all the screenshots sounds bizarre but if the proof you wish to see add me up it’s very real they lose to you then they steal the balance like there some thieves .

As all reviews have mentioned, the main issue that derives from this site is the withdrawal delays. I recently opened up an account and deposited roughly £1,000 on 29th April 2026. That same day I had a couple wins and decided to cash out on £1,300. This payment was on a pending review status for 2 whole days. In this time I was always communicating with their team via live chat (Bear in mind you have to wait at least 10 minutes or so minimum before someone answers and then get kicked out of the chat after 15-20 min have passed) and got nowhere. Fast forward to May 1st, after getting frustrated and kept enquiring about my withdrawal, my account got blocked due to words I said out of frustration. Although my account got blocked, my query eventually got referred to the payment team, who were more direct about it and realised there’s an issue with the payment details, which should hopefully be resolved soon. If this issue was resolved earlier and I had a chance to voice my complaints and get everything resolved, I would’ve considered giving a more positive review but this has been a headache to deal with.

If I could give less I would. Opened account on Saturday, they took my money. Won the bet, they wouldn't pay out and took my money and closed the account. I'm going through the bank and IBAS to report this and try get at least my deposit back, if not the full amount of the win. Robbing site, do not use. Is it even genuine?

247bet.com cheating again. I am hitting winning lines on slots and not getting payed as they are not saying they are a win. They said they spoke to pragmatic and they said they weren't winning lines. Even though one was four symbols straight across in a row. But no this ain't a win according to them. Stay away from these crooks

I withdrew my money from 247bet 25 days ago and still haven't received it! Has anyone else experienced this?
