Won little and withdrew just fine. Won big asked to verify my account. Proceeded to do so and no response back. Every time i attempt to use live chat i get logged out my account for no reason. Not worth the hassle

Well at the start was all good withdrawals instant however I had a in play bet and next thing I’m locked out of my account. 15 mins later the bet won and they havnt paid me out. Please stay well away they will take ur winnings. I will be filing in a police report too.

This is possibly the worst gambling experience I"ve ever had. Won 250 pounds and 119 pounds. E-mail stating "we have been unable to process your transaction." What an absolute load of rubbish!! Asked for bank statements. Provided them. No response. Can't get through to Live Chat for love nor money! I fear this is an absolute scam and I'll be making a formal complaint to the independent dispute resoltion. I have e-mailed 11 times with zero response, and asked for the company complaints procedure. Zero response once again. I feel absolutely betrayed and robbed, in short. I won, fair and square, and they've happily taken money from my card. But they won't return any winnings. How have these guys got a gambling license? Why is nothing being done?

Absolute scum and licence should be revoked

Wish I'd seen these reviews before signing up. As soon as you have a win they just will not pay out. Always say they need more and more information before sending it back. These need to be shut down now rather than the long process of complaining and reporting.
