They make withdrawals extremely difficult. A withdrawal is initiated and you are told to wait “up to 48 hours”. After that, an IBAN issue is suddenly raised. When you provide all requested documents, they stop responding and then send you in circles between email support, live chat, and their website. There have been weeks of delays with no clear answers and no real progress. At one point, they even provided me with the wrong email address to send the documents to. Example: I was told by live chat to wait for contact by email. I was contacted and asked to provide specific banking documents. I sent the documents and nothing happened. When I followed up on live chat, I was told to send the same documents again by email. I did so — and again, silence. This cycle keeps repeating. The entire process feels disorganized, exhausting, and unprofessional. You should play elsewhere, mate.

This casino is shocking. I went to withdraw £168 in total and have been met with emails asking for my bank statement. I have sent them a pdf over and over again but still haven’t received my money. I go on live chat and they bring out the same old tripe and excuses ie we’re in touch with accounts and it should be in your account within 48hours. I’ve been going round in circles with them for weeks and it’s wore me out. Which is probably the result they want. Stuff it they can keep the money but I’m just using this platform to advise people to stay away from this dishonest “casino”

Sick to death of these casinos spam texts. I'm on gamstop and have been for 6years I had a bad gambling addiction these type of companies are lowest of the low

Do not touch. There bank is in doncaster i am currently in talks with fraud investigators who will be closing there site down do not deposit

I joined this site recently and in the past day lost over 600 pounds. I play the same medium volatility slot and all I get is hundreds upon hundreds of dead spins, I wager 1 pound a spin and I get back 3/4 for every 50 wagered. In the last day on the same slot playing hours upon hours all i do is lose. I cant even win what i deposit which is 50 pound a time let alone win anything. In one play session i get 10/15 bonuses which all bar 1 pays me and its normally 2/4 pound. In the past day I've had about 100 bonuses which of 90 paid a 0x which is absolutely mental. I get constant bonuses that pay nothing and I'm sat here absolutely amazed by how bad it is.The base pays once or twice every hundred pounds wagered and its normally 2/3 pound. Now ask yourself is this fair, no no it's not it's an absolute scam. On the same slot but of course it's fair I'm just having bad luck even tho I've played for hours upon hours of course it's just bad luck. No privewin slots pay the worst I've even seen on any casino and I've played on some duds let me tell you. Its gambling and you win and lose but be aware of sites that you only deposit on and never withdraw like privewin. Stay clear unless you want to be legally robbed, its absolutely shameful just how bad it is.

Joined this site yesterday and I had a few ££££'s in the bank, so I thought why not deposited over and over and over again, hardly ever got a bonus, lost loads most it gave me was less than double a spin when I eventually won! I was playing on one game and when I spon the reels I actually seen them changing after the spin so I didn't get a win, steer clear of this site 🙌🙌

Slots are very dry hundreds of spins without a bonus if you burned your money in an ash tray you would probably get more pleasure.
