justanswer.com is a scam! all you get are techs from other countries with hard to hear accents who keep passing to another tech who never helps you until you agree to pay an introductory fee of 67.25. they billled me twice. than i got a email I would be billed every month! had to call my bank to block further transaction and refund for dinging my card twice

JustAnswer is one of those slimy programs that slips into your browser. A subscription scam. I was trying to connect with Microsoft for a serious problem... I thought the chat was MS, a bit different than usual. Then it asked me for a credit card for a $2 fee that would be refunded, allegedly... felt a bit strange, but.... and when the "chatbot" started chatting, I suddenly got REALLY suspicious. Checked the URL... and there t was "Just answer..." These sites are vicious parasites, and should be shut down.... They probably make a ton of money on tired people battling Microsoft's inability to produce simple and robust software... I asked for a refund, the bot said it would come, but I have to spend the money calling the USA... This is really screwy. Note that there have been lawsuits against them... And rightly so... I just chatted with their bot again... and this time it asked for more money.

Wanted to warn people of the scam here, theysign you up to a $100 a month subscription, hidden in the fine print. The advice was no different to Chat GPT. They refused to reimburse me the fee they took either despite saying it's fully refundable. When you are unwell and stressed, you can easily be taken advantage of and this crowd does that.

Leaves me with an impression that they use AI to rephrase your question and whatever crumbles of information they can get from cookies, generate some picture of a "doctor" and a date different from today. Give a generic empty rumble on the subject before redirecting you to the "expert". Too obvious. I wish I could block the site.

Scam website. I asked for support that if it was possible to share my wifes account with my account in OneDrive. We talked for about 25 minutes that ended with support-guy told me that it was not possible. The support-guy also had a very difficult overseas accent to understand.38$ was drawn from my account. Thanks for nothing!

For $65, I asked for a question how to close my printer door. An indian offshore gets on and wants to unplug/ plug? I asked for a call but they continue to chat. How can you chat and use your hands for the printer? I went through 2 people. They got my phone number but they continue to chat. For legal matters, you have to know NO law b/c they give high level viiew....and ends with " consult with attorney". Fr $64, it is so not worth it You get " chatbox"...so slow and I spent 1 hours chatting with chatbox...and then they disconnect nd go to another chat box.

Scam website. Imitates a tech (and many other industry) support site but you can't even browse their website without a pushy chatbot that obstructs the page content and demands payment to answer your question. And of course it is a recurring monthly payment which by all reports can’t easily be cancelled. And why is there a duplicate entry on trustpilot that has a 4.6 star rating - the answer is because that entry is a paid account where they control the narrative.

absolute garbage site trying to bait you into paying for a subscription, with a pushy AI chatbot trying to rope you in. Never noped out of a site so hard since QUORA. Total scam.
