my id is 33586454, i send requested documents for veryfication 16 june, its 2 august, over 40 days past. Veryfication should take up to 30 days, after contacting support, security, or chat they dont respond. I deposit about 250 euro, won 750, and they making this trouble. Worst site. I will inform if someting changes but i dont think so
