Dynamite sales team and whole experience
Larry was my salesman and he was great as well as the whole 1st Security team was knowledgeable and very courteous. My system arrived and the installer John did a fantastic job with the installation. I purchased a big system with several add-ons and it exceeds my expectations. Would recommend them to anyone

Glad we made the switch to 1st Security USA!
The initial estimate over the phone was honest and realistic. Was not pushed into getting anything I didn't need. The field service tech who performed the installation was courteous, professional, efficient and very informative. Follow up service has been great. Great value and an even greater system. I'd recommend 1st Security USA to anyone in a heartbeat.

LOVE the customer service!!!!
If you are looking for a Security Company to completely take care of your needs and show concern for any and all questions, then look no further. I found them on Angie's List and read every review and I am so glad I went with them. Time will be the judge as the system was put in a few weeks ago, but so far so good.
