They changed the formula for their bars and it's not great. They also eliminated flavors such as chocolate crunch. I would love to see the old formula back on the level 1 bars.

The products were ok tasting but after looking at the ingredients, it wasn't for me. I ordered the Magnesium and Reds Blend and forgot to cancel my subscription. Now I have THREE bags of each item that have never been used, and one of each that has barely been used. When I finally went to cancel the subscription and try to return the most recent item I just received... how convenient their site says they can't find my orders and kicks me offline. I can get on other sites just fine and have no internet interruptions. Guess they really don't stand behind their 110% return guarantee! After experiencing that I felt that I should share that maybe this product is scammy and for others not to waste their time or money. Cleaner products out there... don't waste your time.

Well I enjoyed the flavor and protein content listed on my Level 1 Bar (peanut butter lover) then upon reading further nutrition facts I see a warning...CA prop 65 chemicals including lead ...?? What??!?!😬

Go for basic flavors. Maple butter butthls is not it. Salted carmel gets old after 2 shakes, unless your a teenager and want to feel like your going into a diabetic comma after ur workout

Amazing products, and amazing customer service. This company has captured the perfect protien bar that are not chalking tasting, excellent amounts of protein and vitamins. We use all of their products all the way to the kids products for our girls. My wife is a certified nutritionist, and she too agrees no protein shake or bar can compare to their products. This company is in the business of making big bucks!! I started with a plan for $9.95, which was great, and it showed limited workouts and you could track your food everyday, kinda like My Fitness Pal but with 2 months they changed the plan to be $29.99 for the same thing. I liked their format on track your food then they changed it again after 3 months, and now it rarely works at all. I tried to put my track my food for 3 days, and the website went down 3 times, and it didn't come up until the next day! What you pay for at 1st Phorm you can get anywhere on line for $9.99! They ripe people off! I purchased some of their protein products and they say they offer a money-back guarantee. Well it is if you want to pay for the postage back which costs half of what the product costs! To me, money-back guarantee if you are not happy, you can return it without being charged for postage and handling the second time! They also put pressure on their trainers to sell the merchandise which is how they make their money! The products are a waste of money!!These people are a joke! They said they called me back when I was having a problem with my app but that was a lie!! Sorry company!!

1st Phorm L glutamine has made all the difference in my gut health. I’ve tried 3 other brands and ran into 1st Phorm by accident. I’m so glad I did!
