1st Merchant provides great customer service, great price and professional. Highly recommended to all nail salons, restaurants and retails.

Their LLDTek software for nail salon is full of bugs. Not recommended.

i would never use first merchant in any of my nail salons ever again. Service is horrible whenever you have an issue. cancelled my account a year ago and to this day they are still charging me because they said they never received their pinpad.

Having worked with 1ST Merchant’s owners on multiple projects…their Team mimics their characteristics & embodies their eager spirit to help. I have worked with 1ST Merchant over the years on multiple issues…as their merchant(client) their team always amazes with professionalism and willing to take ownership of the issues and going the extra-mile to resolve the issues. I purchased the Clover Flex through 1st Merchant and I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this experience has been! The customer service and training I have received is very wonderful. They respond quickly whenever there are any issues. I would highly recommend these services!!!
