1stContact.ai LLCReviews of 1stcontact.ai

I’ve had a really positive experience with 1stContact.ai so far. The platform brings AI, automation, and CRM tools together in a practical way that can genuinely help businesses work more efficiently. What stands out most to me is the people behind the company. The team is supportive, approachable, kind, and willing to help. Everyone I’ve interacted with has made me feel welcomed and respected, which makes working remotely feel much more connected. Nick, as the CEO, is incredibly generous, thoughtful, encouraging, and appreciative. He recognizes people’s efforts, trusts his team, and creates an environment where you feel comfortable taking initiative, sharing ideas, and continuing to learn. I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunity to be part of 1stContact.ai. It’s refreshing to be part of a company where people feel valued, respected, and appreciated. ❤️

As a first time business owner I find it difficult to manage and operate my business Nick made it sound easy affordable and highly doable would recommend

Awesome conversation

Loving the simple system to manage my website and leads. So easy to use and I love the customer service from Nick and the team!

I was up and running on 1stContact in no time. Intuitive User Experience. Customer Service was great in helping me get off my old CRM system and onto 1stContact.

Nick has been so helpful in making the transition and introduction to 1stContact easy and manageable. He is always available and easy to talk to and has helped to guide us through what steps we need to take and in what order. This shift for our company seemed to be a daunting and difficult task, but Nick made is easy and accomplishable. Thanks, Nick!
