10/10 EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH SERVICE AND PAINTINGS - The quality of the painting produced by 1st Art Gallery exceeded my expectations. The friendly customer service is the icing on the cake! You must understand - we've been collecting art for over 50 years and we're VERY picky. We have wanted a Turner replica for a long time but didn't want a giclee print because we haven't been pleased with the results and prints fade within months. A family member who is using 1st Art Gallery for years recommended we use them but since we don't normally shop online we did not know what to expect. We could not have been more pleased. Granted we were sceptical when we ordered but the results were truly outstanding, and our painting looks in person better than the 1000s of examples that they publish on their website. An image on the screen simply cannot capture the beauty of a real canvas. The canvas is TEXTURED, there is no way of mistaking the painting for a print and, frankly, we would have paid three times the amount we did. We finished it off with our trusted framer at Hobby Lobby and a brass designation plate from Rossi Engraving. As we come down the upstairs hallway you get the illusion that you can walk right into the canvas. We are planning to replace all our old prints and giclees with handmade reproductions and 1st Art Galley do have discounts for returning customers so it is a no brainier. We also want to mention that we were very impressed with their YouTube channel and "2 minute masterpiece" videos, artist's biographies and the other content that they put out. They're not in business to just sell paintings, they're genuinely promoting and spreading the love of fine art. We will support 1st Art Gallery by recommending them to everyone.

I'm afraid I can't recommend the company, I had an excellent high quality image of a simple painting send to them as reference, and except that all the stills where in the painting it wasn't even close to be called a reproduction. Unfortunately I can't upload images so you could see original and "reproduction" as they speak for itself.

This is not the first time I order paintings from 1st Art Gallery. To be honest, I am the one who used to leave a negative feedback to warn other people that this or that company should be avoided, but this time could not help myself but say positive words to the 1st Art Gallery that totally deserve it! My dad is a huge admirer of Van Gogh, and "Sunflowers" I got first time for his birthday made him the happiest man on the planet. The quality of painting was way above my expectations, and even dad, being a very demanding person, admitted the accuracy of details and similarity to original was unbelievable. Well done, 1st Art Gallery artists! On top of anything else the customer service is excellent: delivery, timing - all as agreed and promised. I had some minor questions before ordered the painting, this was immediately handled. This Christmas seem to be an easy one for me this year - hand made painting of such quality is a gift you can proudly present to the closest people. Highly recommended, thank you 1st art gallery!

This has been my second time ordering from 1st Art Gallery and I am just as pleased with this second painting as I was with my first. Both were large, custom portrait paintings and they both turned out exactly as I had hoped. The quality was exceptional. I plan to be ordering a 3rd painting soon. Great experience with these guys. I have used them 4 or 5 times and what you receive is of tremendous value for what you pay. I plan on using them again in the future on a big scale to decorate add'l homes.

I'm extremely happy with my oil copy! I didn't know this painting existed until I found it on your site. This small ship, "the barque Norfolk", was Captained by my Great-great grandfather, David Baird Brown, in 1854 when this scene was painted. The Norfolk had just rescued all passengers and crew from the sinking Prince Albert on Jan.4th, and then brought them to their destination of Cork, Ireland. According to newspaper accounts: "On January 4, 1854, the English Barque NORFOLK rescued the crew and passengers of the sinking packet ship PRINCE ALBERT. The NORFOLK was en route from Madras to England but was well off course at 15 West, 48 North. They landed the survivors at Queenstown, Cork, Ireland 11 January." (Note: Queenstown was later renamed the City of Cork.)

We ordered our painting from 1st Art Gallery and we were pleasantly surprised and amazed how beautiful their finish paintings are. They have exceptional service and quick turn around. To ensure that we get what we want, the colors we want, we had asked they shall provide us with a photo of the painting before shipping it in case some corrections are needed. And the staff at 1st Art were gladly doing as requested and even made some changes at our request after the painting was already completed. It's a great place to order valuable paintings for a great price.
