Carlos was excellent. He was very thorough during the intro call and made the entire process smooth and easy. By following his instructions, I was able to pass the first part—the Business and Finance exam—on my first try. I plan to continue following his guidance and hope for the same result on the trade exam.

This company doesn't deliver the product. It's been over 20 days since I ordered their books. They have sent 30 texts and emails asking for reviews and to sign up for upsells, but no books. Customer service answers the phone with dogs yapping in the background then "drops" the call. Ultimately they refuse to give a ship date and actually deliver the product. I'll be reporting the transaction as fraud and moving on. Do not waste your time with them. Update: The company did deliver 9 of the 11 books in the order, plus one print out that is supposed to be a book (that was damaged in transit). Two different deliveries a week or more apart. They did give me a credit for my issues which was nice, but I still can't recommend them.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we take your concerns seriously. Delays in receiving materials are not typical, and we understand how frustrating that can be—especially when you’re trying to move forward with your exam preparation. We also apologize for the communication experience you described, as that does not reflect our standards.

Super over advanced, professional, respectful, and smooth service. He kept a calm demeanor and made sure to understand the situation entirely. Ori also kept his word and followed through with what he had promised to do. In the end, he delivered perfectly. I don’t think I have ever received such a high caliber manner. Thank you, Twin, for your assistance and support in resolving my issue. I hope 1 Exam Prep truly values your excellent work ethic and acknowledges how lucky they are to have you on their team. Thank you again, and have an excellent rest of your day!
