My device not open 1ee game fix the problem

I made a withdrawal of 6500 PKR from 1EE on 18 August 2025. The system shows the withdrawal as successful and an order number was generated. However, I never received the money in my JazzCash wallet. I checked my JazzCash statement and there is no transaction of 6500 PKR on that date. I contacted 1EE support but they told me to contact my wallet provider. JazzCash confirmed that no transaction was received from their side. I requested the TXID or payment proof many times, but they did not provide any transaction proof. I hope 1EE support will investigate this issue and resolve my withdrawal.
