If you're just looking to avoid paying taxes on your vehicle in your home state, then this may be the company for you. I have a motorcycle with title issues and we looking to get a bonded title since my home state doesn't do bonded titles. Before I started the process, I explained my situation with the bike and the documentation that I have. They indicated that they could help and work with the documents I had already. Paid the initial fee for the LLC and got that setup. When it came time to register and title, they sent me an email with everything I needed to complete. At this point, it appeared that they could not use any of the documents I had. I emailed back and told them that was going to be the end of the process. The biggest issue was with the bill of sale that I had in my possession. I received an email back from a different person who now claimed my bill of sale would be fine. I jumped through all the hoops and completed all the other paperwork they indicated that they needed. I scanned all the completed documents and emailed them back to make sure everything looked OK. They said everything looks good, and I sent them all the documents. First message I receive back after they got the documents was that the needed to old title. I explained again that I didn't have one and was going for a bonded title. A week passes and I get another message. This one indicated that they needed the business card from the individual who did the VIN verification. I told them that was included with the packet of pictures on the motorcycle, so apparently they lost the business card. Next issue was they said they couldn't use my bill of sale and needed me to use the Montana bill of sale. I had explained before I started the registration process that it was a 3 hour drive each way to where I purchased the motorcycle and a year has passed since I bought it. Getting another bill of sale was not possible. I was always getting different information depending on who I was speaking with. We were about 2 month and a half months into this process now and I was done. I told them to send all my paperwork back which took about a week to get. So all I ended up with was a lighter wallet and a worthless LLC not to mention lost time. I don't know if they have tried to charge me anything past the LLC setup as I have not received my latest credit card bill yet. If they did charge me again, I will be disputing it with my credit card company since I received nothing out of it..

Talked and emailed this business multiple times before using their LLC set up. After paying there was no way to get my RV insured since I did not live in Montana therefore it would not be garages there. I’m guessing 3-4 weeks after contacting them several times and finally contacting the BBB to not charge me to update the LLC I finally receive an email. They said we don’t guarantee you can insure your RV after getting the LLC. I would HIGHLY advise against using their service if you DO NOT live in Montana. Of course they not refund any money paid for their service. To sum it up, don’t waste your time with this (out for your money) business. They are not for the customer, only to fill their pockets.

I registered on their site for $1 after I found out that they charge almost $1,000 to register a vehicle so I don't see how there's any savings I requested a refund for that dollar because I was not going to be using this services and what I ended up getting was not only that dollar charge continuing on my card but a $299 charge which is I'm in the process of disputing it with my bank do not recommend this service for anybody and I don't see how it is saving anybody money when they charge $800 and some dollars for a fee other than New York and to register a commercial vehicle of 10,000 lb it's around $300 so you're not saving any money register your vehicle in your own state $299 charge is now leaving me to the point where I can't even register it in my own State because now I do not have the money highly misleading and in my book fraudulent

Absolutely rediculous have emails from them saying one price and wanting to charge me another even after point out the issue they went back and “updated “the email to say I still have to pay the extra fee
