Delayed my order well after acceptable
Delayed my order well after acceptable, never called me back to update and then when the guy offered too cancel I agreed and he said "bye" and immediately hung up. We will see if I get my refund but I have very little hope. EDIT: they immediately refunded me. While rude over the phone maybe he was just busy. I'll eat my words on this one and bump them up to 3 stars. I still got screwed on a time sensitive project but I can not completely blame this company.

Hi Michael, I’m very sorry that you received poor service in the past. We did undergo an ownership change in July 2025 and are under new management at this time. I’m confident that your experience will be much more positive going forward.
