It's is good I like it

I had a few bad experiences with these guys, as did my girlfriend when she went in. The staff were friendly, just not very knowledgeable; frequently selling us accessories which were not compatible with the devices that we brought with us in store, or were buying simultaneously with the accessories lol We would then have to do our own research so we knew exactly what accessory went with our product. Also, three accounts were made in my name. They were not able to amalgamate these accounts, even though it was evident that they were each mine( name, number, and email all being identical), because of this, I lost out on some of the points I collected, and basically abandoned two accounts in order to use the account which I had made the biggest purchase on and therefore had the greater amount of points earned. These are a just a couple of the negative experiences incurred as a result of shopping at 180 smoke, there are others. Despite the decent quality of merchandise available, and chill ambience, I was really disappointed with these guys. To the point that I refuse to shop there. There is a store located two mins from my apartment down at the beaches, its preferable to drive a distance in order to receive competent retail service from other providers. Dash
