Still haven't received my contacts

Overcharged for my contacts. I contacted them and they made out 3 tickets for an agent to contact me. Never happened. I would have given 0 stars if I could. Always check what they charge you before completing your order.

I ordered contacts. I usually use 1800 get contacts, and ordering from here was a accident. After a week I had received nothing, no shipping info so I called. They told me they needed to call the doctor. I guess they were just sitting on my money till I called because they coul have done that in a week. I requested a refund

I ordered lenses on July 6th. Still don’t have them. They also included a $31.90 “processing” charge, and $9.50 shipping. I’ll stay with 1800contacts from now on.

Way too expensive.

Beware!!! The taxes and fees at 1-800- GET-LENS are almost 44%. This place is such a scam.

I want confirmation not a review

I placed my order through the website and downloaded my prescription as recommended so "they could be sure to get my order exactly right" A few days later I was contacted to let me know that my prescription was not in stock so is was going to take a little longer. No problem I was not in a big rush so all good to this point. A couple weeks later I received my order. Being somewhat ignorant about contacts I looked at the numbers on the box and matched them to my prescription and thought everything looked ok, so I opened them and began using my first pair. I immediately noticed something seemed off, I could not read with them at all. I went back to double check the prescription and found that while all the numbers on the box matched the prescription, there was a number on the prescription that was not on the box. So I called customer service to see about exchanging the two unopened boxes for the correct prescription. It was then that I was told that they do not carry what I needed. So apparently instead of checking my prescription and contacting me to let me know that did not carry what I needed, they opted to send me something different instead. The customer service rep was pleasant and did what he could to help, but at the end of the day I'm out money for two boxes of contacts that never should have been sent and I can't exchange the others for what I need and have to wait for a refund so I can place my order somewhere else. Very dissatisfied with this experience and would not recommend 1800GETLENS to anyone.
