You order them on the 5th and they tell you 5 to 7 business days, but then find out it will be the 13-20 before you receive them. Then they send you an email with a tracking number but when you verify that it says they haven't even received your package yet. And this is FOUR days later. Who wants to wait over 2 weeks to get their contacts?

They claim to have the best contact lens prices and then show you an upfront price that is significantly lower than competitors, but hide a $100 "fee" in the very very bottom of the check out process and unless you catch it there, or notice that your total is higher than what it should've been based on box price then you will get scammed.

I made order of contact lenses, but it is not great quality for my eyes. I made request 3 times for ger RMA code, but I have not got it. Also the service manager wrote some info , I should pay for return, but info on the site other the shipping pay company.

NEVER use this company!! If I could leave zero stars I would. When they say you will get a rebate, they don't mean it. I took the time to cut out 8 tiny bar codes and mail them in, after they took too long to get the contacts to me. I never got the $160 I was due because they say they never got it. I should have put a tracking number on it, but I guess I assumed this company was on the up and up. Fool me once, shame on you. Next time, I'll be using 1-800-Contacts who mean what they say!!!!

Do your self a favor and use a reputable site. They won't honor their "sale" price. wha they don't tell you is that they charge you and additional $25.74 a box for tax recovery and fees. When I mentioned that contacts were not taxable, so they should not be charging for it. They denied everything. I just bought the same contacts at a reputable site for the same amount that they were going to charge me.

Scam! I ordered 2 boxes of contacts for each eye. $103 per eye. Subtotal on the invoice was $309 with absolutely no explanation or itemization. I immediately called them to find out what was up. The lady said the extra $103 was "taxes and fees" that are supposedly listed on the checkout page. Nowhere did I see anything about "fees" in the ordering process. I canceled the order. Never again.
