Extended my shipping by 2 months out of nowhere. Had to cancel because I couldn’t wait that long.

Had to cancel order after never getting it and lack of response when trying to call. Waiting on phone for hours with no answer. Such a hassle. Will find a better company. And after I ordered 2 $64 boxed of contacts changed price from my order to the email with order sent to me by email and jumped to $207. Crazy

I ordered $140 of contacts (2 boxes of ~$65 each), but not until the end do they tell you, oh gosh, you know we also charge $70 for taxes and fees. THAT IS 50% OF THE TOTAL COST!!! No! I'm doing math, it is MORE than that! They have very deceptive prices practices.

This company is a scam. They'd show you one price online but then when you get to check out that price is totally different. It originally shows you free shipping but then when you check out it shows you pay for shipping. It's clickbait and I doubt they would even send actual contacts. Definitely would not recommend shopping with them and their fraudulent horrible business ethic.

This company shipped the wrong prescription for my son. Correct prescription was uploaded on the same day order was placed. Upon opening the new box it was discovered to be the wrong prescription. This company will not help! The entered the wrong prescription and sent the wrong box. I only asked that they send a correct prescription. They refuse. Stating they sent them out with NO PRESCRIPTION because the eye doctor didn't respond. I personally uploaded the script. They will not make this right. So unless you are looking to throw away money DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT!!!

Total scam... they charge "fees" on top of your order and do their best not to disclose it anywhere. Only after calling in and being very forceful with the rep was I able to get the "fee" total. In my case the fees were over 120% of the actual cost of the product!! Once this is accounted for, they are more expensive by 100-150% compared to their competitors. No where in the buying process are the fees disclosed (which is illegal). Do the math... I have reported their deceptive practices to the FTC and will continue to follow up until they get shut down.

Ordered lens. The company believes they are comparable. HOWEVER, the contacts cause me significant headaches are are NOT as clear of vision. I used only the first set. NO RETURNS. BUYER BEWARE - my experience is that the product may NOT be the same even when "the doctor verifies the prescription"
