My order was not fulfilled in a week. They were out of my prescription and I’m now waiting 3 week before delivery.

When I went to select shipping method, I was offered "FREE" shipping. I selected "FREE" shipping. Your program changed that to $9.95 shipping. Nasty. Didn't catch it until I submitted my order. Bad customer relations switching what you offered and I selected. Again, nasty. I'll accept your bumping the shipping for $9.95, so I still want the contact lenses.

Taxes and fees accounted for an addition $70 charge which was NOT shown at the time of the order, rather a part of the confirmation receipt. Be more transparent from the start. I would have gone elsewhere had I known and will be doing so moving forward.

Should have taxes and fees available for viewing prior to purchasing and seeing them on your receipt

I like how easy it was to type in my prescription for contacts but they still have not arrived and I ordered them over a week ago. I got an email telling me they wouldn’t arrive until almost an entire month later. So I am not happy about that because I am very over due for contacts and was counting on the 5-7 business days for arrival. I am giving 2 stars only because of how easy the website is to navigate.

I can get a simple pair of glasses that will last me all year for less than $20! Your contacts are just way too expensive. They are great to have the no glasses look but why do you want to drain everyone's wallet?!

5-7 business days and estimated arrival May 16-20?!… Is it being delivered by a mule from Nova Scotia?

I have 2 RX for the same eye and the site will not let me order to different RX
