I went to order contacts, and before I got to checkout it said my cost was $153 for each eye ($306 total) but in small letters it said after a $290 rebate. I added $306 and $290 and came up with $596. Apparently I am terrible at math because after the $9.95 shipping charge my total was $911.23. As best as I can figure my state either has a 60% sales tax or this company is an absolute fraud.

Tried to order contacts. Sent script 2 times. Still say they can't read. Asked for order to be canceled. They won't release hold on card. Awful company.

DO NOT believe the advertised 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. TOTAL BS! I ordered lenses that took nearly a month to received, only to find that they where defective. When I reached out to return and refund lenses they were anything but helpful. They actually said they could not refund on lenses that had been opened. LMOB,,,how would anyone know the lense was defective without opening 1 box to put it in your eye. I highly recommend staying clear of this company. Bad customer service and a worthless advertised satisfaction guarantee.

I was very disappointed with my experience ordering from 1-800-GET-LENS. I provided them with correct information for my doctor, but they had trouble with faxing other end. This caused them to stop processing my order but they never sent me a status update. I only found out once I called them to check on the order. But that was a week later, after it should have already been in transit. Only once I called did they call the doctor at the number I provided, so the processing timeline started all over again. I was upset that they never communicated to me about the delay and then refused to expedite shipping to offset the delay that their negligence caused. They apologized profusely and stated I should I have been notified, but took no responsibility to correct their oversight. I don't like giving business to companies that don't value customer satisfaction, so never again will I order from them.

I thought I was ordering from 1 800 contacts. I will never order from 1800GetLens again. Ordered contact lens on December 3. Website states order would be shipped between 5 & 7 days. On December 15th I contacted 1800GetLens about my contact lens . The only thing I was told by everyone that I spoke with was " your right eye was special" and we had to order my right lens from the supplier". Its as has been 20 days total and no contact lens. Very poor customer service. II will never order from 1800getlens again.

My contacts were 53.99 a box.. But by the time I got done with taxes and shipping, it was going to be 98.99 a box... So misleading!!

Do NOT use these folks! They add VERY HIGH TAXES AND FEES to the final price they don't tell you about UNTIL you click "purchase", then they empty your bank account! SCAM ALERT, SCAM ALERT, SCAM!!

There are additional charges they add to your order w/o clearly indicating these additional charges. You see them on the invoice you get once you place & pay for the order. Ridiculous!
