If I could give no stars I would. Because this company is not good. I ordered contacts back in April of this year paid for them and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM and mind you they never refunded my money. Then after I waited for about a month I call because they never came in, I was told that my prescription was expired ( it does not expire until 2027) they were reading it wrong. So I go ahead and send the prescription to them again and again they take money out of my account ( Still no refund from the first time) Now they are saying they should be here in about a month😡 (5 calls to customer service later) I would not suggest giving them your money because they don't give it back even when they are at fault.

Do not buy contacts from them!!!! I received contacts that shrunk and ripped. I asked for a refund and was given the run around, until eventually I was offered a refund for ONE SINGULAR contact lense, even though they were all defective.

This company charged me $80 in taxes, fees and shipping. 2 boxes of contacts cost me $220. It took 3 weeks for them to ship. When i called, they told me it HAD shipped, but my tracking said otherwise. I was trying to get a refund due to it taking so long and they would not do it. DO NOT ORDER from this company!

Refused to send contacts. Refused to send a refund. I had to contact my bank to file a claim for reimbursement. Based on my conversation with the company I believe this all was intentional. Blatant fraud.

$78 fee on $51 box of contacts that used to cost less with 1800-contacts. Don't forget the $9.95shipping on the small light box. Would love to share the screen shot on here.

I was able to order and get my lenses shipped to me but I am disappointed that at checkout, there was an extra $30 charged along with a $9.95 shipping fee. I contacted the company and was told the extra charge was a processing fee. Ah, nope, the promotion was $10.89 per box, I got one box as that's all I needed and shipping was supposedly free. Now I end up paying over $50.00. I am canceling my order as I can get 2 boxes locally fir that price, with no extra fees. TOTAL CLICKBATE

Don't waste your time with this inferior company. Go straight to 1800CONTACTS. Took forever to get lenses and when I contacted the companies CS was told to contact DHL myself but the tracking didn't indicate that they were already with USPS. Pretty much well, "we don't know and look it up yourself". And then in order to get rebate you have to destroy the boxes the lens are in to get proof of purchase cut out leaving lenses with no protection. Also no text notifications available. Horrible experience and I will be going to back to 800CONTACTS for a smooth flawless CS experience with lenses delivered in a timely manner and superior customer service.

I'm still waiting for confirmation on my order. messaged with two different reps. neither got back with me. horrible communication skills. will not be coming back to order from this company. made the ordering experience harder than it should have been.
