I was charged over $100 in hidden fees that were not even itemized on my receipt. When I called to question it, I was told they guarantee the lowest online price. I confirmed that if I find the price cheaper they would reimburse the difference and then the customer service rep back peddled and said they are one of the lowest online.

Don’t like the process with 1800 get lens. They don’t even get you a tracking number. Not to mention I was looking for 1800 contacts. 100get lens just happened to pop up and I accidentally clicked on it. My wife used 1800 contacts and got her order already. I ordered mine the same day but with 1800 get lens and still have not received mine. She get a tracking number and received her order quick. I have not even as much as received a tracking number. I will not use 1800 get lens again.

Entered my prescription and it auto filled how many boxes, showed best deal said instant rebate. But at checkout was completely different price and said mail in rebate. After ordering said 2-5 days shipping has been over a week an still haven't received my order.
