I paid for 2-day shipping and I didn’t receive my package until about a week later. I asked for a refund and was told I would only be able to receive store credit. It’s going on 3 weeks and I haven’t received anything yet.

Great price ... switched to your company from another. Easy check out was convenient. Important Update ... beware shipping claims. Have yet to receive contact order. Now told to wait until July! Manufacturer blamed, but ordered from a competitor and same order arrived in three days. Poor customer service. Only learned of delay (via an email) after my repeated attempts to get answers.

You sent incorrect lenses and then wouldn’t reimburse for the opened box (which is how I knew they were incorrect.). Not the sleeve, but the ENTIRE BOX! THEN, I had to send back my order and wait until it was received by you before you would send the correct lenses. This minimally takes about 2!weeks!! Never again. Your fault but I paid and paid.

I haven’t gotten my order. And when I placed my order there was a charge for taxes and “fees”!! What fees?? No explanation of what these “fees” are but it was $20 of “fees”. Needless to say it’s the last time I will be ordering from this company.
