I've been incredibly impressed throughout my entire experience with 10XBNB. It's very clear Ari and Shaun are very invested in everyone's success. In my opinion, the amount of value offered far exceeds the cost of the course. These guys clearly know what they are doing and have put together an excellent program. I'm excited to continue to learn from the leaders of 10XBNB as well as the great community of fellow students who are looking to grow and scale an AirBNB business. Highly recommend it!

I have been a member of the 10XBNB community for a little over two weeks and I have gained so much insight into AirBNB and its place in the real estate landscape. I had my first one-on-one call today. As a novice in AirBNB and real estate, my fears were calmed as I saw how the training and tools are preparing me to be knowledgeable and prepared to succeed in this venture. In just 30 minutes, we uncovered loopholes and opportunities I did not even realize in my primary market. I am so encouraged right now and pumped about continuing in this program. I signed up for this course after taking and being disappointed with several other so called ‘courses’ offered on how to use AirBNB. Immediately I was given access to proven pathways, a mentor in the industry, and live support for all my questions. Unlike the previous courses I took which barely showed one now to navigate the AirBNB site and post a listing, 10XBNB will (and did) handhold you through the process. Also, those other courses are mainly long infomercials priming one for the upsell- if you want templates and such you must buy another course and another. 10XBNB clearly defined what was included in the course for the price and delivered. No upsell or hidden add-on costs. Shaun also takes the time to holds weekly LIVE ZOOM meetings and one-on-one with his students helping to ensure our success. After all a course is only as good as its students’ successes. During these meetings he takes the time to fully answer and help one understand as well as implement the teachings. Overall, I rate 10XBNB a 10! However as I may only give 5 stars here 5 stars it will be! I recommend 10XBNB for anyone seeking to stand out in the rental market with a value added product! PROS: Price point is reasonable Access to mentors active in the industry Unmatched level of support Legally vetted course materials CONS: I didn’t discover this sooner and wasted time and money!

My experience with 10xbnb has been phenomenal! The modules are structured beautifully and you are literally walk-through step-by-step to success. From creating my business to making my website and customizing all of my material, I just followed the steps and it is all completed. The group coaching calls have been great for a hands on experience and an open platform for any specific questions. I’m ecstatic about my success thus far and glad I made this investment in myself!

My experience with this program is that it is very informative with its step by step system where one will definitely land a deal. I like how town halls are established to reiterate the processes practices. Also, how one is not alone, there is a community who is there to back up any questions and concerns as well as the founders.
