Holaa 10XBNB fam! I’ve got some exciting news: I’ve converted my dad’s empty basement into an Airbnb! I’m charging a 25% management fee to manage the basement for him and the listing is now LIVE on Airbnb 🤗❤️ I’m SO excited that I got 3 bookings within 48 hours of being on Airbnb. The three bookings are worth $1,156 for 9 nights, which works out to $128/night. Keeping in mind that we’re in the slowest month of the year - November - that is amazing! I’m projecting to make $3K for the month of November and $4,000 - $5,000/month once my listing is fully optimized. What’s crazy is that my basement suite would only get $1,000 a month tops as a long term rental. So happy I decided to join 10Xbnb and launch my Airbnb biz! I’ve learned so much from the program and the community. Loving my new business venture fam! 🚀🥳

I just joined the done for you program over a week ago, so far I am impressed with Bryan's knowledge and ability to address all of my concerns. Ari's 1:1 call was very informative. He showed me ways to navigate through city restrictions with short term rentals and answered all of my questions. He helped me with a game plan on where I need to start.I feel so much more confident and motivated to obtain my first ABNB I'm beyond excited to be a part of this group!

My experience so far is that everyone seems to be in a creative thinking mode which is really a great place to be right now. I feel that you have definitely given us the right tools, however my impression was that not all understood that on the webinar call that I had joined. This is a self motivated opportunity that you have put on a silver platter for us. The hard part is done, all we need to do is run with it and my opinion is you can not fail, you and your team has made this literally cake work for us. I wanted to say "no hand holding" but that is exactly what this is for those who need that extra level of support or a extra push. There are not to many Businesses that offer the level of support that Airbnb offers. With the way that Airbnb is structured it will get the most out of the both the landlord and the renter. This will also allow motivated people to bring there A game to the table and shine without hesitation. I give my rating a 10 from my personal experience.
