To start with, clear message on the website as to what can be expected. Easy way to set up first no-charge conference call with the company owner. Great call, where the issues were understood, and a plan of action was implemented. Good delivery of everything that was promised; complete documentation very professionally prepared, and with clear instructions about what to do. A potentially serious problem was promptly and efficiently solved. Unquestionably, five stars.
