Quality product with wonderful customer service! So glad we chose this company. Our 15 foot trampoline is holding strong after almost 2 years of kids and adults jumping on it. The net got a small hole and they were very responsive by email and honored the warranty, replacing it within a week.

Getting replacement mat and screen for my trampoline was so easy. Very cost effective too!

This trampoline has lasted for 10 years. Replaced parts such as netting and pads a few times and even a bent pole but this keeps on working for many hours of fun.

If you're looking for a trampoline that combines superior quality with user-friendly assembly, look no further than Zupapa. We got this for our daughter for Christmas and, despite a northern winter delaying setup, had it ready for fun in under two hours – a stark contrast to our previous model. She loves the rectangular shape for her gymnastics. A real testament to the company was their customer service: months after our purchase, Zupapa responded quickly and effectively to our questions. Definitely a five-star experience – I highly recommend Zupapa!
