I ordered some sandals from Zulily and had a very positive experience. I contacted them for an order status update, responding to the email that gave my order information. My query was promptly answered by Samir U, Manager Customer Support. And, every time I contacted the company with a status update request, Samir promptly answered my emails. I was very impressed by their customer service!

I’m so sorry I ever found this company!!!! I ordered merchandise about two months ago. I have not received, but was billed for it and I stupidly already paid. Can’t reach customer service. Should have learned my lesson last year when they sent me leggings two sizes too small. Last time was offered store credit. I guess they won’t issue refunds. What?!?! I never received my last order! Stay away from Zulily!!!! They’re based in Seattle, but merchandise comes from China.
