Honestly T.
Bad product - even worse lead gen tactics.
Zuddl's sales team reached out offering AirPods if I'd sit through a demo. I manage a ~$2M events budget, so I figured it was worth a look. On the call I asked a pretty basic question - can you share any actual numbers on outcomes? ROI, engagement, cost savings, anything? The rep had nothing. Just went quiet. My events team evaluated it and passed. After that, the rep vanished. I contacted them and asked about the airpods.. No follow-up, no AirPods, no nothing. I even emailed their CEO to flag how the whole thing went down. Crickets. Would you purchase from a company that operates like this? Two things if you're thinking about Zuddl: ask for real numbers up front, and pay attention to how they treat you once it's clear you're not buying. That's the part that tells you what they're actually like.
