Last ordered from Zooscape 18 months ago. Just ran out couple weeks ago. Bought a bunch more teas. A few shipped the next day. 2 were on back ordered, just received them today, a week later. All teas were in great shape. No issues. Don't know why there are bad reviews here. Zooscape is the same great place to buy that they were 18 months ago. I find Zooscape site easy to use. Great prices. I recommend them all the time.

Hey all! Just writing to let you know I bought from Zooscape and they were great. My box of teas arrived in 4 days and were what I wanted. What I paid was good and fair. If you have to buy some tea or other products like that, use zooscape they are really good and fast! GVM

Just about every tea I buy from Zooscape is always in stock, and I rarely have to wait long for my order. On the rare occasion an item I ordered is not in stock, they send me all the items that are in stock, and the out of stock item follows soon after. I have always experienced quick delivery times. I have never had to complain about an order. When I recently placed an order by phone, the rep told me they are currently opening another facility out east, and apologized if I had experienced any delays in service lately during the transition, but I really hadn't noticed. I will continue buying from Zooscape!
