Submitted invoiced for reward program months ago. Get generic email telling me submission had an issue but zero explanation. From reading other reviews, I can see this reward program is not a real program to help customers over spending to protect pets with their products. I will let my vet clinic know this is a waste of time. Update: I just redeemed $40 on card from company. I kept getting emails from them saying the forms weren’t usable or something like that to redeem points. After I sent an msg back saying I did all I could do to send info to them, I then received notification that my submissions went thru and then received their prepaid card in mail. So it does work but required me to do more than just send the info in. I appreciate the $40 but not sure it was worth the frustration, have to think about that.

Too many fiery hoops to jump through - Difficult finding the correct website for the "rebate" - Claim was denied due to not having the full receipt visible (I thought the invoice with the product and pricing listed would have been sufficient) - When I contacted customer service for assistance it was clear they weren't very interested - Told me I needed to mail in a completed form or some other fiery hoop to jump through. I appreciate the product my vet used but, not worth the hassle for a non-rebate.

I just lost my dog and I needed help to close out my account and they made things harder for me as I try to deal with the loss. Nothing is streamlined or organized. The site is very vague on how this works. Know that if you email them via their website on an issue that when they respond, its with no real confirmations or clear understanding on what is going on. When they send this to your email they immediately close out the ticket on their end. Meaning any replies to send back to them, they will not get. Horrible customer service process as you have no idea that no one is getting your emails. There is no auto reply that says that they didn't get your email or anything. Also if you call them they refuse to send follow up emails or confirmations, you have to use the same email issue on their website to basically just get confirmation on what happened over the phone. They are rude, unhelpful and expect you to do all the work. Not sure what the point of the emails or customer service since everything is on the customer to deal with.

Rewards program is a bad joke. Vet said it was for 40 then after several back and forth zoties says it’s 25. Every time I send pictures of my receipts. After week or so. They always decline saying unreadable every time.

Pessimo modo di fare verso i clienti. Non rispondono alle richieste inviate tramite un modulo sul loro sito. Anche telefonicamente, nessuna risposta ai privati. Fortunatamente, esistono tanti altri prodotti in commercio. Basta rivolgersi altrove.

Horrible a complete waste of your time and energy. You send in receipts and never get rewards. Vets should not be indorsing this company. DO NOT USE

this rewards program is a joke. you give them all your personal information - and that of your pet - you have to upload proof of purchase of their drugs and then you also have to input everything that was on the uploaded invoice. and the "rewards" are not worth the bother.

my cat suffered horrible side effects and almost died due to your vaccines!! she started violently throwing up and then became lethargic I had to rush her back to the vet where she was put on oxygen, given steroids, and other medications by sticking her 3 more times with a needle . she is still suffering and both of us are extremely traumatized.. My cat is young, and healthy this should not have happened... I can promise you that neither one of my cats will ever get another vaccine again. they are inside cats anyway!! this company is killing our family members because I speak for all of us . Our animals are family members!!! I will post on all social media platforms what we experienced that day and days after because of this company!!!
