ZoetisReviews of zoetis.com

They are basically scam artists... they say buy this you get rewards.. I did it and got it first 2x by the 3rd they so oh oops your not buying enough for rewards now. Even vet agreed they didn't state that at first. So I call bs. I will find something else for my pup that has less scam behind it. Some dogs will not ever require their quantity for rewards. So good luck

Never tried their product, don't care. I was minding my own business playing a game on my phone when their ad pops up. Ok fine, I know the routine, X it out and carry on. But no! They make a TINY x that even when you tap on it directly, it still takes you to their website! This is going to incrrease their page bounce rate while decreasing my enjoyment of my game. Just because you force someone to visit your page doesn't mean they are going to buy anything!

Their rewards program is shady. My rewards card "expired" in January because apparently they're only good for 3 years and you lose any credit amount you have on it. I had a $60 credit on it and wasn't even notified about it expiring. Why wouldn't my credit roll over to the new card? We're in 2023 so don't tell me the technology to rollover doesn't exist. Disappointed with this plus other negative experiences with their customer service.

Zoetis seems to use our pets as long term TEST SUBJECTS on their drugs and fail to disclose to vet's and pet owners all adverse reactions that their drugs can cause. They are taking the rights away from pet owners to make an informed decision if they do not include all known adverse reactions to their drugs. Example: Zoetis Drug Cytopoint approved by the USDA does not list all known adverse reactions to the drug in the US as is listed by the EMA (European Medicine Agency). We lost our dog to this drug. We spoke to Zoetis who quotes on their website as their core value "DO THE RIGHT THING" yet they don't. We questioned Zoetis about them not posting in the US known adverse affects that is posted on the drug leaflet in Europe. Their response was they are not required to in the US. So that is a real good answer, from someone that states their core value is "DO THE RIGHT THING" Their core value should state they are here to make money and to please their investors at all cost regardless if they are killing our pets. If you love your pet don't use Zoetis products,

I purchased this product a couple of times now. I am able to submit the invoice but can’t get the rewards card. Numerous attempts to get help have been unsuccessful. I give up.

I agree with the bad reviews!! When the invoice for the meds is submitted I takes forever so I literally have to email them to look at my invoice and give me the rewards I have coming!!! Very very poor program!!

A recent commercial on YouTube with a woman claiming to be an expert but in actuality an employee of the vaccine company needs to be debunked. Andrew Wakefield who she defamed and slandered in this ad is actually the expert and works with Robert Kennedy Jr. for the Children's Health Initiative, dedicated to safety in vaccines. Furthermore; Thimerasol is currently under class action lawsuit, for non-disclosure by Eli Lilly, that it causes Type 2 Diabetes in women. This micronized mercury converts over time in the body to the more toxic form. It is manufactured by the same company that is under class action lawsuit under the RICO act for racketeering and collusion on Insulin, the drug now used to treat Type 2 Diabetes. So the company makes diabetics and then sells to them. BUYER BEWARE. Do your homework. Know who is talking at you. Follow the money. This woman has smeared a man who is both brilliant and a true expert. I do not know the impact to animals but go play death by google and find out. Mercury in most living mammals is very very bad.

The reward program is a huge joke on the customer!!! Went through hoops to finally get the card! The policy states can only use at your vet. Which I tried and I was told I can’t use the rewards card through the vet clinic!!! What a waste of my time and energy!! DO NOT BUY THEIR OVER PRICED PRODUCTS OR SIGN UP FOR THIS PROGRAM!!! You will be extremely frustrated and disappointed!!!
