I was charged 39.90 the same day I started my free trial and canceled it the same day . I emailed them and they responded it was only a hold and would be released after 2-3 days which they did. Several days later I saw a charged on my bank account again for 39.90. These people need to be put behind bars. I emailed them again and waiting for a response but in the mean time I disputed the charged on my account and now Im going to cancel my card so they wont try to charged it again and if anybody gave them their credit card info please cancel it now.They only let you download movies up to 2007 and anything beyond that you would have to upgrade.

In addition to the involuntary, hidden, automatic $40 recurring charge, ZML's service is broken. I've spent three weeks trying to get a refund but all the while have received token resistance and deliberate ignorance to the core issue. After the 3 week battle, I tried to at least get my money's worth assuming a surrender yet not one of the movies I tried to download would complete: after 9 hours of downloading, using their prescriptive download method, the most I could get was 9% of a movie. This is an outrage. I can only hope that this warning can help others considering this fraudulent outfit.

I fell for the .99 one day trial and ended up being billed $39.90. I emailed them and complained and all they said is that I would not be charged again since I had canceled the account. Luckily, my credit card company removed the charge with one call to them. Anyone that used a credit card, just call and dispute the charge.

Started at $.99. Billed $39.90 when trying to find price of upgrade. Billed $39.90 again two days later. Bank can't get my money back.

just fell for this because of a referral link from a site i trusted. my bad. now i'm fighting to get back out of the $39 fee scam x 2 (they magically sign you up for a sister site's services, too, while they're busy milking your credit card.) Total waste of time -- stick with a netflix account or buy the movies elsewhere for a bit more.

I was skeptical so I tested it out. Their web page states that they only charge .99 cents for trial service. "No hidden fees" it said in big bold red letters. So I typed in a VISA debit card linked to an account with only $20 bucks in it (I made sure of this) and right away it prompted declined. Of course it's declined! I knew they'd try to charge more than .99 cents for their 1-day trial service. Hah! Liars. They were trying to charge $39.50.

This is fraudulent website, in all aspects, content, handling the customers, responding to complaints...

I was linked to ZML.com through Amazon.com. I thought I was purchasing a one-day download trial for $0.99 but instead I was charged $39.90. I never clicked on the button that offered "Premium Services" because no price was shown. Nevertheless ZML charged my credit card for the premium service and initiated a monthly subscription without my authorization. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this site and to complain to Amazon.com about the link.
