I have had no problems with this site for the past 4 years.They have refunded my money when my download was broken or I had a problem,they also have added movies I have requested,my experience has been all positive,they have responded to my mails promptly. ...by the number of aggressively negative reviews. I found ZML when I was looking for a certain movie last year. I joined up, paid a few dollars and was able to download the movie without problem. Since then I've downloaded some 70 movies and only found one broken link. I reported it and received a prompt and helpful reply. Payments to top up my account are taken as one-offs and I have experienced no extra charges. I didn't try the trial as in my experience trials rarely offer the full deal. Clearly there's been a problem with the trial - I accept that. But 2 dollars for movies - decent quality copies too - is a pretty good deal in my book, especially as you can keep them as long as you want. And no, I don't work for the company. I'm quick to criticise poor service but I joined up here as in my opinion praise is due to ZML.

I have been with ZML for 3 months now and I am very satisfied with them. I downloaded and burned over 100 movies and they are of good quality. Some tips to users: Download flashget and also AVS video converter. This will solve most of the problems. To me it is worth the $39.90 a month. It pays for itself with just 5 movies.

I've been using ZML since October 2008. I've not experienced any problems at all, either through payments or the quality. In fact for Ipod movies it's absoloutley fantastic. I never used the trial offer so can't comment on why people are so pissed off. I'm gonna keep using it.

i AM USING THEIR SITE FOR 6 MONTHS AND HAD NO PROBLEM / I ADD MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT, USUALY 20$ NO MONTHLY FEES, EVERY DOWLOAD THEY TAKE OFF 2.99 OR WJHATEVER PRICE THEY CHARGE, GREAT SITE, I DID NOT ENCOUNTER ANY PROBLEM OR FRAUDELENT USE

The Site is legit for sure, I have been using it for couple of weeks. But their method of payment can seem like a fraud site. As they tell you that they will charge you $1 a day for a trial period, but in reality that trial period is just bullshit, it will only let you download movies prior to 2008 release unless you subscribe to their full service. But the annoying part is they never tell you that before signing up for the trial, its not even mentioned in the terms and agreement. But other than that, its a legit site, does let you download all movies listed in the site. So yuh be prepared for that.

I just signe dup for the service, and although I had to pay to upgrade to download a specific format, it works perfectly. I have no problem with it. Dale B, Albuquerque, NM
