I HAVE BEEN WITH ZML FOR AROUND 4 YEARS AND THEY AND THEIR SITE WERE EXCELLENT FOR ME. I HAD ABOUT 3 FAILED DOWNLOADS BUT THE MONEY WAS REFUNDED TO ME PROMPTLY. I FOUND THEIR SUPPORT CREW TO BE VERY RELIABLE AND PROMPT. I HAVE NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS AT ALL.

I add 20 bucks to my account at a time, then download movies as I want them. No monthly membership and no recurring charges. I have been very happy with all the downloads so far. As far as the last week though.... Site seems to be down and I think they might be in legal trouble. I have $10 left in my account. Don't think I will ever see it again... Was a good site while it lasted....

Rules we should live by: 1. READ THE SMALL PRINT. If you don't there's no point crying about it afterwards. It's a tool that every legitimate company uses. 2. Don't give your card details out for a free trial so easily (particularly to a site that mashes the english language as comprehensively as this one). 3. The internet is not well protected and even if you're dealing with a household name you should tread very carefully. Now the review: I've been using this site since 2008 with no problems and no, I don't work for them, I have no Russian or Greek heritage (?) and no agenda other than to share my experience! Sounds like the free trial causes an issue for people. I never used that, just signed up for an account and used the "pay as you go" style top up facility. I've had no problems with payment or unauthorised transactions using the site in this way. The movies themselves are good quality and I have yet to download anything I am disappointed with. Service-wise I've experienced the odd issue here and there with links not working properly or the site being temporarily down, but nothing major. ZML are NOT a scam site from my experience but perhaps they need to be clearer in their transactions and get rid of the free trial nonsense as it clearly does their reputation more harm than good.

I don't know why anyone complains about the price. Yes, the take the $50 up front and I didn't care for that myself. Those whining about this are just greedy and expect something for nothing. The movies I've downloaded and converted are excellent quality. I convert/combine them using a video editor and save them as MPEG which makes great DVD's One needs the proper software and hardware to take full advantage of this service.

The movies are great quality, there are LOADS of movies to choose from and $40 a month is really affordable if, like me you have a large family and would prefer to just do movie night at home in front of the flat screen! I have been a ZML customer for about a year now and it's been worth every penny. Yes, they charge $40 a month but you'd spend that much on one date at the movies!

If you're not prepared to pay the 39.90 that they charge for a monthly fee, you should be incredibly careful with the free trial. I paid for the trial, and they charged my card without asking if I was sure that I wanted to pay. I e-mailed customer service asking for a refund, and they replied promptly enough to convince me they weren't just trying to scam me, so I decided I might as well use the service, since I'd already been tricked into paying for it. The service is legitimate, though, even if their methods of gathering payment are somewhat dubious. I've downloaded around 40 movies in the 3 days I've had the service, and I find it a great deal more convenient than trying to download movies over bittorrent. All the movies work, and the library is enormous, enough to even convince me it's worth the price they're charging. They allow you to cancel any time, and if you're careful you can even download up to 200 movies without having to pay any recurring fee. Overall, I think it's worth it

They upgraded my trial account without my confirmation. But when I complained, they refunded my money. Overall, not a horrible experience. I downloaded a few movies and tested them. They worked fine and did not seem to contain viruses.
