This company is fucking BULLSHIT if you are reading THIS DON'T BUY IT OR DO TRIAL... I was a fool to believe it. I signed up for trial thinking they would only bill for $1 after a day. So I tried to download some 1080p movies but I couldnt because I wasnt activated so I went to the thiny that said FREE Members trial or something like that and it said itll only take a few seconds. Stupid me not thinking... when I click it they billed my fucking card for 40 bucks... Of course I abused the site after that. In total I downloaded about 30 1080p movies. Today I came to download some more. Thinking smart this time I check the Accolunt tab it said next bill date is October 10 th I said fuck NO. I went to cancel it and I saw the motherfuckers BILLED MY CARD TWICE for $40 thank god it got declined. But I said that to say this, ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH I LEARNED MY LESSON.

It says 39.90 for a month for access to their catalog, .99 for downloads, trial offer, etc, etc. I just downloaded two more movies, and was charges 39.90 for both. their site is horrible...takes forever to find anything about the actual cost, etc. do not use this site. much better ones out there I'm sure.

I tried the trial and it charge me the 39.99 right then and there. If anyone has done the same mistake as i did cancel your card!!!! Customer Support is more like stranded island no response from them.

Totally unaceptable behavior, ZML have billed me without my consent/authorisation. They have used my credit card details illegally as I have only agreed to a one-only charge of 39,9$. In their "Terms of Service" there is absolutely no mention about them billing you, all the contrary, they inform you to update your own credit when necessary (they are supposed to inform you of you current credit status so you can decide how much you want to pay in advance). I have allready complained directly to them and I am waiting for their response. Of course, it might just be a mistake and i´m making a big fuss about it. If so I would have to rectify this rating and apologise, but, THE POINT IS THAT ZML ARE USING MY CREDIT CARD ILLEGALLY !!!!!

So I basically had the same thing happen to me as to what happened to nearly everyone who has used this site. Did you contact the company to have your money refunded? Did they get back to you? Do I NEED to cancel my debit card? HELP! E-mail me at [email protected] if you wish. I am freaking out! I am a college kid strapped on cash, and $40 means the difference of eating or not!

they almost steal you in the activation of account . Then ask you to upgrade and take you 49 USD without warning you. They seem to renew the procedure every month

Signed up for a .99 24hr trial. Downloaded a movie that took forever and would not transfer to a DVD. Canceled within 24 hours. I got charged $39.90 for a movie I could have bought from Wal Mart for $15 if I had got up off my sorry dumb ass.!!!

to cameron, yes they take debit cards cause theyre also a visa card, they charged me and i checked my bank statement online, it showed it that they took it out. i downloaded one movie and when i wanted to download another it said account inactive that i had to pay 39.99 to reactive it again, one movie 39.99, cameron how do u have such luck downloading movies without trouble? i tried to cancel and the redirecting page said error, i cant get in touch with them, i emailed and no reply, my bank claim department is investigating, the rep. from the bank told me this company is in russia, illegally doing business ripping people off, next time i will read the reviews, something told me dont do it but.. the devil was stronger.
