Our customer service has been phenomenal since implementing Sales Simplify! It's extremely rare a new lead or a task for a customer is missed and that only happens from user error (not setting a task for that customer). No more paper files. The activity log sales simplify keeps of all our employees is an awesome feature too! We have used a few platforms over the years and this one is by far the BEST. No big issues and we've been using this one since about 2017. Other softwares or platforms are cheaper but like the old saying, you get what you pay for!

Sales Simplify is straightforward and intuitive, so you can spend more time focusing on business than wondering how to handle the software. You can also log in from multiple devices, including a dedicated mobile app, and view and update customers’ data with ease. It’s straightforward to move between the modules and collaborate with other team members.

Their pipeline is super simple with drag and drop features, and a clean and clear view of your deals and deal amounts. They have a great automation system that allows for tasks and emails to be sent when a stage changes. It’s straightforward to move between the modules and collaborate with other team members. Best Practice flows for the Sales Organisation can readily and quickly be introduced to Users.

The user-friendly UI is what I appreciate best with Sales Simplify. It's quite simple to use. Sales Simplify also stays up with the competition by delivering new features and capabilities on a regular basis. Sales Simplify is also simple to set up.  In addition, in comparison to others, the cost is relatively reasonable. They also provide excellent customer service and will assist you anytime you require it.

All good and I am excited to start using this for my business. The team has been extremely supportive on email and by giving me demos so that I can transition over to the platform.

Had been looking for a platform to manage leads and deals for a while. Saw this and thought I would take a chance. It is absolutely perfect for what I need which is managing my active leads and deals. I am sure there is much more to it but I use it just for those two functions and can't fault it.
