DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. IT IS NOT AN OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT WEBSITE. This company keeps sending me emails, even though I have tried to unsubscribe and block them. I went to the company's website, and it is a complete scam. HUD homes can only be purchased through the government website or with a realtor. This company tries to sell lists of foreclosed homes that most likely never come. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission against this company, so hopefully it will be shutdown.

If I could give it a zero I would. I think this website is a scam. I joined the 7 day trial for a dollar and then it wanted to charge me again for list of homes that I never got in the first place. I signed up to see a list of rent to own forclosed hud homes, auctions and some other things and all it showed me was a list of homes for sale in Spokane. Nothing of what it said I would get. It's a scam. I tried to cancel my membership and it was a recording saying nobody was available to answer. Do not use this website!!
