Finally, I got my refund!
I've been waiting so long for this refund since June 2024. It would seem that the US administration was not aware of my claim. Today, at Christmas, God has put in my mind to answer kindly to an email from the US administration. Promptly, the refund was available. I recommend this company. I feel more confident in this US new staff.
