Rest assured that we take publishing dates very seriously to deliver the magazines as per the publisher's official release dates. Hi Sarah. Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. And sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. Please note that we do only provide digital magazines so can never send print editions, and as per paypals policies we can only refund when an order was placed with 60 days. For credit card payments we can refund as per our policies however, in the case of paypal it is impossible to refund after 60 days from our side. As recommended by Tim please contact Paypal as soon as they give us authorisation to process the refund we will do this. Thanks and sorry again.

Please note that we are only a digital magazine provider and never provide physical copies of the magazines. Hello Willette. Zinio is digital magazine provider, we work with 1000´s of publishers to digitalize their magazines, and do not have access to print editions of the magazines.
