I had a problem with billing. Really, a problem with me understanding my billing and auto-renewals. ZINIO support reversed the charge immediately and helped me understand how to turn off the auto-renewal (which your subscriptions default to at first). Fast resolution!

let me first say, customer service has been outstanding. i have used other apps for magazine download and was extremely disappointed that everyone had kept passing the buck on my technical issues. i ended up being out money that was refused reimbursement. i signed up with zinio quite gun-shy from my last experience. despite having encountered a similar technical issue as before, zinio resolved it in minutes, and i was happily on my way with my favorite magazine. for all the grief i had with the other app, zinio has made up for it in spades. thank you!
