Issues are typically not available on ZINIO until weeks after actually published. Currently two issues of my subscription have been published, neither is available on Zinio, 1 is 6 weeks after publication and the other 2 weeks after publication. Not fit for purpose, avoid

Terrible search engine on the site. Had to use Google to search for the magazine that I wanted. Then went to purchase but no information on what I was actually buying - digital or physical copy. Only found out through reviews here that it would be a digital copy viewable only through their app. Could not find any info to that effect in their website. Will not deal with any company that is that opaque. Grow up and tell people what they are buying instead of being so shady.

My digital subscription to PleinAir Magazine is not working. I have also reached out to Streamline Publishing regarding this matter.

Para usar zinio hace falta más que paciencia. La app funciona fatal. Acabo de comprar dos revistas y no me deja verlas. Dejaré de usarlo. No lo recomiendo a nadie.

Me suscribí a una revista digital (Desnivel) que ofrecía Zinio, y ahora me informa que ha cancelado el acuerdo con dicha revista y que no me la va a poder ofrecer. Me ofrece un vale para que me suscriba a otra revista diferente, pero a mi no me interesa y quiero el retorno de mi pago, a lo cual se niega. Actualización Como se puede ver, Zinio me pide como respuesta a esta denuncia en Trustpilot que les envíe todo el detalle de mi reclamación. Tras hacerlo su respuesta vuelve a ser la misma: que han transcurrido más de 3 meses de la contratación del servicio y que no me pueden hacer la devolución por paypal. La verdad es que me están tomando el pelo de una forma clara: nada les impide hacerme un ingreso a través de paypal o de una tarjeta de crédito sin tener que estar vinculado al pago inicial. Tened en cuenta lo que me ha ocurrido antes de hacer una suscripción con Zinio, pues en el caso de que finalicen su acuerdo con la revista te la dejan de enviar y se lavan totalmente las manos. Ahora voy a tratar de poner una reclamación en consumo.

Given a subscription to Gardners World digital magazine and it is hopeless trying to get it to download. Keep getting an error message saying download failed. Put the magazine into favourites but when I go back to it it’s not there. I would never voluntarily use this app again.

Very frustrating! I have been a subscriber to New Scientist for a number of years, but have not read one for a little while due to "life getting in the way". Now I try to download previous issues - on my android tablet - and have only manged to get 2 in nearly an hour. Yes, I'm only trying one at a time, and my tablet is less than 50cm away from my wireless modem. No other devices are using the wireless connection the same time. It's Sunday morning 6.45am so local internet traffic is low. Yes my tablet OS is up to date. The issue I'm trying now has been "queued" for 10 minutes. Frankly the Zinio android app is rubbish. PC app works, but hey I don't carry my PC with me and I can't transfer files from one to the other. I've even tried un-installing and re-installing the app, but got at leas six "an unexpected error has occurred" messages while syncing was happening. About to try again for the third time.

Awful on every count - accessibility, “support” bouncing back and forth to seller, to near impossibility to print a page and seemingly corrupting printer. Fully remote entity- you’re on your own. First (big mistake) and last purchase.
