Appreciated that the Chat icon appeared automatically when it was evident that I was having trouble trying to subscribe. Rather than to stop and look for support Or customer service it was very convenient isn’t to automatically have the Chat option.

I was having problem in accessing Magazines I subscribe to through ZINIO. The response to my complaint to them was very promptly attended to at multiple levels and the suggestions given were quite helpful in solving my problem. I am quite impressed with their Customer Care executives. They seem to have an Army of them to immediately attend to Customer's queries.

You don't have to carry heavy books. It's also good for finding old materials. You can see it anywhere, regardless of the place.
