I have been using Zinio for a few years now. Too bad the Windows Store app of Zinio (which is still downloadable) does not work, requiring an installer to be given by Zinio in order to access content.

I like Zinio. I will continue to purchase from them. My advice. Keep working to improve your product. It is good but not perfect. This isn't a negative review. We all need to improve. It's true over the at least the 2 years that I have been a customer. I have seen consistent improvements on the zinio platform. Keep working on this line and you will keep winning.

I’m a little astonished at some of the negative reviews but then we can all have different experiences with these things. However I’m gobsmacked that quite a few people thought they were getting hard copies of magazines. It’s quite clear that this is a digital platform. My experience has been very good although sometimes I worry about the timeframe from when the magazine is released as to when it appears in my library. I assumed that it would be online as soon as it was in the newsstand. But altogether great app.

I was very pleased with my interaction with Customer Support. I had issues with the update of my People Magazine app and thought that since I couldn't talk to a live person, I would have problems with submitting a e-mail request. But to my surprise, someone e-mailed me back each time I had a problem and the issue was finally resolved and I now have all my issues and I am notified when a new issue is available.

Living in an area of limited internet speed, I like Zinio as it allows you to start reading before the magazine has fully downloaded. A lot of the other apps from publishers require you to download the whole magazine first. Only downside is that the applications can be a little buggy (iOS & Mac), which is not so impressive.
