If the request is popular they will then try to include it in the development roadmap. FYI we aim to have synchronisation across devices for bookmarks in the next release, and I understand they are assessing this to try and include archives too. Thanks again and have a great day

Hi Alejandro, and thank you for your review and comments about customer support. We really appreciate your loyalty and nice words. Also thank you for you honest review about printing and emailing article. Many publishers are concerned about massive copyright issues, i.e. people being able to clone a magazine as soon as it is published and distribute it for free to a wide population. As a result they sign with ZINIO to have the magazine available on digital format on the basis we do not allow anyone to print or email any part of the magazine. A negative consequence of this, is that honest people like you can not clip articles and we understand this is uncomfortable, and we are sorry about this. We continue to review new technologies to see if we can meet both the publisher and readers needs. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a nice day

Due to the system change our response times were much higher than normal - we aim to delight customers and in your case we clearly did not do that, and we apologise for this. From reviewing you communications with our support department I see the problem was fully resolved and you were provided with compensation for the problems that you encountered. I would like to stress that it is highly unusually that you encounter such problems and we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We migrated millions of magazines from one platform to a new system in March and unfortunately your purchases of older magazines were impacted. We hope that you are now fully enjoying your subscriptions (error free) to Good Housekeeping and Oprah Magazine, as well as the purchased back issues.
