Utilizzo ormai da diversi anni questa edicola virtuale per riviste online e mi sono sempre trovato molto bene nella consultazione e lettura, utilizzando anche le relative app, su diversi sistemi. Oggi ho avuto un piccolo inconveniente con un'abbonamento che si è rinnovato in automatico, segnalatomi da un'addebito in Paypal. Non avendo più interesse nella lettura della rivista, ho immediatamente inviato, tramite app/sito, una richiesta di rimborso. Nel giro di pochi minuti, il tutto è stato risolto e mi è stato rimborsato l'importo. Questo mi ha confermato una volta di più la bontà e l'efficienza di questa piattaforma, davvero la numero uno!

I was having an issue getting my magazine on my iPad. I emailed the support group and got an immediate response with a solution to my problem. I was amazed at the response and also the personal contact from them. Very refreshing.

Love that I can find most of the magazines I'm interested in, and there's a good selection from around the world too. Customer service when needed, was also very expedient in helping with my issue.
