Unglaubliche Preise für Produkte aus China! 4 Wochen Lieferzeit!

I ordered their Eliz Anxiety Spinner Ring Set. On their website, on the Instagram and on the specific page for this set it mentions multiple times that the rings are 100% waterproof and 14 carat gold plated. I used the rings for one week daily and immidiately my finger turned green from the ring, and it lost its color. I was informed by Zeya about these care instructions: - Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and other chemicals - Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising - Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight So to clarify - despite them saying EVERYWHERE that their jewellry is 100% water proof you should avoid direct contact with water. As I contacted them they offered me 105% store credit, or the option to return the rings to China where they were sent from. I am not interested in getting more bad quality items from them so I do not want store credit, but I also don't want to pay one quarter of the price to return the items. Honestly, I am incredibly dissappointed with their entire process and false advertising. I will say they have been fast at replying though and the delivery was smooth otherwise but honestly, very false marketing and I was shocked to get these "care instructions". I will definitely never order there again. Comment added Oct 13 2025: I emailed the trustpilot email address for VIP customer service as Zeya stated in their response to my review. The answer there was exactly the same - I still need to pay the return myself. On top of that, they first started with reporting my review to Trustpilot for "defamatory content". Once Trustpilot deemed my review "not defamatory", Zeya replied.

I ordered a pair of hoops but seemed to small for my ears, so I asked if I can return them because they are earrings and I know sometimes it’s not possible. They answered that I can, but with my own expenses and they gave me an adress in China 😂 So better order from Shein next time. When I had asked them where they produced them they just said we have many different places we bring them from like Portugal….

Ordered in advance for a gift but item was faulty and company would not offer a refund or replacement so won’t be using them again
