Every product I’ve gotten from them is so great! And I love what they stand for most of all!

This was such an easy process. No one has an excuse to not reduce their plastic waste! My order came quickly and was accurate. There have been follow up emails to make sure everything was up to par. Great experience!

My most recent order was shipped really fast (about an hour after purchasing). Everything was delivered quickly in one small & appropriately sized box, with eco-friendly packing. I purchased a few shampoo bars to try out. I have only tried one so far, but I am very happy with it. I have purchased several times from Zero Waste Outlet in the past, and I am always pleased with the products and the service.

I recently purchased some items from Zero Waste Outlet. (Mint and Cinnamon Unpaste, floss and glass container). First of all…ALL amazing amazing products, that I highly recommend! And Second… so, while delivering, the post office completely mangled the package, which caused damage to some of the product itself. I reached out to Brian and he instantly took care of it! Within a few days had new product, with no issues and amazing communication the entire time. The customer service was extraordinary and the product is outstanding!! What a win all around. Definitely coming back here AND referring everyone I know to these guys!! Awesome!!
