Zero Waste OutletReviews of zerowasteoutlet.com

Excellent personal connection and service. Products are very nice quality, quickly and efficiently packaged. I highly recommend this family owned company.

What an amazing company- efficient, thoughtful, great products!

Really reasonable prices, super fast shipping, great products, actual customer service by humans!

Great products, fast delivery, and the best customer service!!

Brilliant at to get rid of some furniture phoned them in the morning there in the afternoon the two people who came to pick it up Brilliant can't thank zero enough highly recommended

I love Zero Waste Outlet! They carry products I feel great using. I've even bought kitchen stuff for the office so we'll stop using plastic sponges and bottles of dishwashing liquid! The packaging is so the polar opposite of Amazon. Everything is tetris'ed in so perfectly they can use a reasonably sized box for the order!! And no bs plastic "pillows." Finally, I love the little handwritten notes on the invoices - these people are PEOPLE with a business - I'm benefitting a family who is getting me excellent products. I'm looking forward to buying from them for years to come.

Products are amazing! Shipping is fast and reliable. Customer service is stellar. I love this business :) Thank you!

They care about their customers but more importantly they really care about the earth! There are not a lot of businesses out there like them, and I'll buy from them from now on whenever possible. It's refreshing to receive items in the mail without all of the wasteful plastic packaging.... Way to go!!!!
