I love all the products I purchased! Shipping was quick, packaging was lovely, all products felt very substantial and of high quality, and everything came with a little note about care and how to recycle in the future.

My entire focus late in life is the reduction of plastic in my life. Divesting myself of my lip balm addiction was daunting. The products are amazing - excellent quality. I found their website when looking for plastic free products that also don't mail with any plastic. The prices are great too. Their customer service is excellent. I accidentally ordered twice and the owner contacted me immediately and sorted it right away.

The products are great! They shipped so fast, I had my order in just a few days. The coconut scouring pad is my go to. I thought it would be difficult to get the right grip on it to wash but not at all. So glad I got the bottle washer. I use way more than I thought I would. Happy I can change out the palm scrub brush bristles, instead of throwing the whole thing in the trash when it’s yucky. As a former plastic sponge user, I am happy to be using more sustainable products to clean the dishes we eat off of and the pans we cook on. Thank you Zero Waste Outlet!
